Please follow these steps:

1. Clear Outstanding Loans: Before starting the account deletion process, ensure all outstanding loans are settled through the SunLoan mobile app.

2. Send Deletion Request Email**: Use the email address associated with your SunLoan account to send a deletion request to help@sunloan.cc. Include the following details in your email:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Body: Clearly state your intention to delete your account and confirm that you have cleared all outstanding loans through the mobile app.

3. Confirmation and Deletion: Our support team will acknowledge your request within 5 business days. The actual account deletion process will begin after this confirmation.

Please note that the account deletion process is irreversible, and all associated data will be permanently removed. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to include them in your deletion request email.
